Description
Develops divisionwide information, process, and system architectures encompassing operational, tactical, and strategic knowledge and its use.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree, in information technology or related field.
- Six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience related to information systems development and two (2) years of which shall have included proficiency in information, process, and systems modeling.
- Knowledge of principles and practices for information, process, and system modeling and integration.
- Knowledge of alternative enterprises and systems.
- Understanding of database and software modeling and implementation practices.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies for enterprise design and integration and system design and implementation practices.
- Ability to perform technical and economic analyses.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Master's degree.
