What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier position at Fairfax Radiology Centers, LLC?
This is a full-time benefitted position located at our Corporate Office in Fairfax, Virginia. The hours are Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
No weekends, holidays, or call! Free on-site parking!
Who you are:
As a Courier for Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC), you are an adept driver with outstanding organizational skills, strong time management, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
- You will maintain a daily delivery schedule and make timely deliveries to all FRC Centers as well as, but not limited to, hospitals for whom FRC is the radiology provider, the bank, post office, and other assigned locations.
- You will use and maintain a company vehicle, performing regular maintenance and informing management of problems or needed special maintenance.
- You will assist our Patient Resource Center in the Corporate office with clerical support on most days once courier deliveries are completed.
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work.
- Must have a local driver's license in good standing - must meet the DMV and FRC driving requirements.
- Prefer prior medical office experience including experience with medical records.
