Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in Day-to-Day Operations
Assist Sales Managers with proposal preparation, contracts, group room blocks, lead follow-up, and database management to ensure smooth execution of all sales activities.
- Coordinate Group and Event Details Across Departments
Liaise with front office, catering, and operations teams to communicate group needs, track rooming lists, manage deadlines, and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Manage Sales Communications and Client Interaction
Respond to inquiries, prepare collateral and sales materials, and maintain a professional, responsive line of communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
