Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Prepare and replenish a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments.
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area and kitchen.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
