The newly opened Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking for professional housekeeping Room Attendants responsible for attending to the hotel facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Ideal candidate will provide a clean and orderly environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms
- Respond to guest complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Responsible for restocking housekeeping carts to ensure adequate supplies needed for cleaning assigned rooms
- Adhere to rules regarding health and safety practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to crouch, bend, kneel; extend arms over heard to perform cleaning tasks and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Knowledge of English language
