Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Uptown is a premier hotel situated in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Room Attendants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and suites.
- Restock housekeeping carts with clean linens and supplies.
- Vacuum, dust, and maintain the cleanliness of hallways, corridors, and common areas.
- Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with requests and inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Follow established safety and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
