What are the responsibilities and job description for the 12am-8am (Night Audit) Shift- Guest Service Representative position at Fairfield Inn & Suites?
Fairfield by Marriott is seeking enthusiastic, customer-service oriented candidate to apply for the open PM and Night Audit position. This is a full-time or part-time position.
Experience preferred, but not necessary.
Position Responsibilities:
- Daily front desk operation including assisting guests with arrival / departure
- Handling guest requests and inquiries
- Answering front desk phone
- Cash handling
- and other various tasks.
Required knowledge / skills:
- Hospitality oriented candidate
- Must have excellent customer service
- Has great organization skills
- Communicates Well
- Manages Time Efficiently
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Must be a team player
- Presents themselves with a professional demeanor and appearance.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available to work overnights (some evenings are a plus) and weekends. Must pass a background check.
