We at M Health Fairview are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join out transport team in our Emergency Department at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. We are approved for a 0.7 FTE (56 hours per pay period) on the day/evening/night (8:30am-5pm, 3:30pm-12a/5p-1:30a,11p-7:30a) shifts with an every other weekend requirement.

Responsibilities Job Description
The transport aide is responsible for:
- Transport patients between the Emergency Department (ED) and designated departments for treatment, admission, or discharge.
- Transport patient supplies and patient medical equipment from one department to another.
- Maintain patient treatment areas for new patients.
- Assist patients and families with orientation, discharge, providing comfort and safety as well as high quality patient care.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, undressing, ambulating, and acquiring specimens from patients and reporting changes to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Current BLS certification
Do you have Nursing Assistant training or EMT and experience? Even better!
