As a Member Services Manager at our Clermont branch, you’ll lead and develop a team of frontline Member Service Representatives (MSRs), ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and consistent delivery of “The FAIRWINDS Way.” This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership capacity and is passionate about empowering both members and teammates.
Your Role in Our Mission:
Serve as the team lead for all teller line functions, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and on-the-job training
Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Branch or Assistant Branch Manager, handling opening/closing responsibilities and end-of-day balancing
Oversee daily operations of the teller line and serve as the first point of contact for operational inquiries
Execute coaching and development activities to help team members meet or exceed performance expectations
Utilize cross-selling and relationship-building strategies to recommend FAIRWINDS products and services tailored to member needs
Serve as the primary custodian of credit union assets, perform internal control procedures, and assist with or serve as ATM custodian
Support members with account inquiries, service needs, and transaction assistance
Process teller transactions, maintain a cash drawer, and provide services including money orders, official checks, savings bonds, and safe deposit boxes
