What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Office Nurse position at Falmouth Pediatric Associates?
Falmouth Pediatric Associates has been caring for children and their families on Cape Cod since 1973 and is proudly affiliated with the Pediatric Physician’s Organization at Children’s (PPOC), Boston Children’s Hospital primary care network. We provide on site medical, behavioral health, psychiatric and lactation care.
We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse to join our staff on a full-time basis. We ideally seek an experienced candidate who can do direct patient care 3 days per week as well as join our Patient Centered Medical Home Team 1-2 days/week.
The nurse will:
· Provide direct patient and family care, including rooming and vital signs
· Give feedback to parents and patients in person and by telephone
· Perform office-based testing as directed by the providers
. Administer immunizations
· Interact with medical providers
· Take electronic medical record notes
. Become part of our team approach to wellness
. Communicate in person and by telephone/video call with patients and families with extra health care needs who require the added care of our Medical Home
. Develop, implement, and maintain care plans for Medical Home patients
Candidates should be friendly, intelligent, hard-working, reliable and good with children.
Pediatric experience and electronic medical record experience preferred. Early morning and or weekend availability preferred.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with an RN or LPN and be licensed in good standing with Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
