Family and Children’s Association (FCA) is seeking a compassionate School-Based Clinician to join our Family First school counseling program. This role delivers trauma-informed and strengths-based psychotherapy services in Spanish to ENL/ESL students and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy in a school setting
- Conduct client assessments and create treatment plans
- Perform initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with referral sources and other service providers.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant client records
- Participate in weekly supervision and professional development
- Master’s Degree (MFT, MHC, or MSW) required
- Minimum of two years of counseling experience with adolescents and families
- Three years’ experience working with at-risk youth.
- Spanish Fluency required.
- Valid and clean NYS driver’s license
