Detailed job duties include:
Provides a variety of behavioral therapy services to clients in the community.
Provides treatment and support for individuals including but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral disorders, substance use disorders, psychosocial problems and other mental health conditions.
Provides counseling/support as needed or requested by the client.
Conduct initial and ongoing diagnostic assessments to establish working diagnoses and an individualized treatment plan.
Provide individual psychotherapy for those with mental health and substance use disorders, as assigned.
Develop Individualized Treatment Plan with clients.
Collaborative approach to include best practice and evidence-based interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
