Our Silverdale branch services clients in the Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo and other nearby locations! We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work! Don't have your HCA or CNA? We offer HCA Training, apply now to learn more.
Current schedule needs:
- Monday through Sunday - Example Shifts: 8:30a-4p, 9a-2p, 9a-6p, 10a-2p, 2p-7p
- Experienced caregivers that are Nurse Delegated. Preferred but not required.
- Flexible hours-We will work with your schedule.
- Caregivers with experience working with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Behavioral Health is a PLUS!
- Current CNA/HCA preferred but not required
Requirements
- 18 years
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Ability to complete state-required HCA training as needed per WA state guidelines
What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
- Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we reimburse mileage!)
- Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information
- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
