What we ask:
- Provided individual, dyadic, or family therapy to clients as assigned.
- May develop and manage education and mental health groups (general or specific topics).
- Act as a case manager for assigned clients.
- Assist in the authorization of services.
- Document and manage the client's case file.
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, and documentation of services.
- Makes collateral contacts as needed.
- Refer clients to internal or external services as needed.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with community stakeholders.
- Get involved in community activities/organizations that promote the agency, its staff, and the provision of needed services for clients.
- Embrace and display sensitivity relative to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the agency's service population.
