We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing HR team!  You will be an integral part of hiring top talent into our organization and providing a best in class recruiting experience. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and have the ability to shift your actions at a moment’s notice. 



What You’ll Do:

-Provide support for the Recruiting team to include:

-Establishing working relationships with hiring managers and candidates

-Managing internal and external job postings

-Support candidate sourcing and initial outreach

-Reviewing and screening resumes

-Scheduling interviews and communicating interview details

-Coordinating candidate travel

-Meet and greet of candidates during on-site interviews

-Processing new hire/on-boarding paperwork

-Conduct reference checks

-Provide support to team with relocation and immigration processes

-Updating and maintaining appropriate databases

-Manage various vendor accounts and relationships, to include maintaining fee agreements, and invoicing

-Maintain recruiting calendar. Organize recruiting events and coordinate related logistics.

-Maintain Applicant Tracking System and recruiting metrics/reporting

-Improve on existing processes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness and service

-Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team

-Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion

-Assist with the intern and college recruiting program

-Participate in various recruiting projects on an as needed basis


What We’re Looking For: 

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

-A strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are required

-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with candidates, employees,  and members of our leadership team

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment

-Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

-Ability to prioritize and operate as a self-starter 


The salary range for this position is $25/hr - $38/hr, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
