This position entails the following responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with company management, research analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the investment team and external contacts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain internal records, including meeting notes, contact databases, and research summaries using shared platforms.
- Support logistics for in-person meetings, including conference room reservations and visitor coordination.
- Assist with team reporting, research distribution, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support multiple investment teams or shifting priorities as required.
- Data management and analytics.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services industry in operations, investor relations, research or sales.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Economics
- Excellent attention to detail and strong foresight
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve solutions in real time
- Ability to prioritize planned work with real-time partner support
- Driven by process and systems-minded
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM systems
- Preferred skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, automation, data visualization). VBA proficiency a plus.
