The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the District Manager of Farmers Insurance District 31. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Farmers Insurance systems (or ability to quickly learn proprietary systems).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the district office, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Farmers Insurance platforms, tools, and procedures to support both internal office operations and agent needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound requests from agents and staff within District 31, providing timely and professional responses.
- Support the District Manager in maintaining organization and communication flow across all agency partners and team members.
- Coordinate logistics, communication, and materials for district events, meetings, training sessions, and recognition programs.
- Create and manage key performance indicator (KPI) reports to track agent performance, office efficiency, and goal progression across the district.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by the district office and Farmers Insurance standards.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new agents and staff.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the District Manager.
