If your answer is YES, then Farmington Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for you to join our Fitness team as a Group Exercise Instructor for our Barre classes! The Group Exercise Instructor will be responsible for providing quality fitness and exercise programs designed to meet the needs of our members and guests. Some nights and weekends may be required for this position.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct and lead group barre classes;
- Offer fun and energetic classes to help keep everyone on track towards a healthy and active lifestyle;
- Lead classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels;
- Modify classes, as needed, to meet varied health, ability, and cultural needs
Qualifications
An excellent Group Exercise Instructor:
- Consistently demonstrates versatility and adaptability across levels;
- Is engaging, personable, and energetic;
- Believes in and demonstrates an understanding in the importance of safety and proper form above all else;
- Has strong coaching awareness;
- Has training experience in one or more of the following categories:
- Barre
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) to two (2) years of related training or experience;
- Hold a current certification as a Group Exercise Instructor and/or Certified Personal Trainer;
- Hold a current CPR/AED certification
Salary : $25 - $28
