Description
Farmington Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for you to join our Aquatics team as a Lifeguard! Lifeguards are responsible for supervising and maintaining the safety of our members and guests, in and around the swimming pools and pool deck areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety;
- Check-in members & guests for participation tracking;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool area, including swim locker rooms, lifeguard room, outdoor dining area, and pool decks;
- Administer first aid to swimmers with minor injuries, such as small cuts and bruises

- Has a sharp eye, and is able to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture"
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be able to maintain flexibility with scheduling through August;
- Certification in American Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Training or higher;
- Certification in American Red Cross or equivalent CPR for the Professional Rescuer;
- Certification in American Red Cross or equivalent AED Training;
- Professional communication skills, a high level of organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
