Description
Farmington Country Club is looking for a full time Pool Runner/Attendant. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool deck during the upcoming busy season. This role will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including restrooms, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
- Set up and break down poolside amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, and tables.
- Assist members and guests with their needs, including providing towels and beverages.
- Monitor pool area for safety hazards and enforce club rules and regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, guests, and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
