The UCE-FIT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) dictates the compensation, benefits, and conditions of employment. Hiring Rate: $54.17 per hour with step increments per Salary Schedule 85, after 18 months of service and annually thereafter.
Work Schedule
Days/Hours: M-F, 32 weeks per year, 22 hours per week, in person; work schedule subject to change based on needs of the department.

This position will be required to constantly read and comprehend, occasionally perform calculations, constantly verbally communicate, frequently analyze, and constantly write. The working conditions for this position will be on campus, primarily in an office. The physical requirement for this position will require constant sitting, occasional standing, occasional bending, frequent walking, and occasionally lifting 10 lbs. or less.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate use of studio equipment to students.
- Provide assistance in course assignments and workflows.
- Record and Edit Podcast with student teams.
- Record and Edit short format video with students.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant business experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe CC, MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, and iMovie.
- Familiarity with marketing communications and media production tools and relevant to current industry standard, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
- Ability to set up, maintain, and demonstrate equipment and workflows to students in a audio/video studio environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with student production teams and assist them in meeting course learning objectives.
- Ability to organize and schedule lab appointments outside of class time.
