About Your Role

• Purchase supply of products, materials, and services
• Order all parts supply for Production, Retail and Inventory
• Manage inventory system to track retail and inventory reorder points
• Order all dropshipped parts for retail customers
• Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner
• Build, manage and maintain good relationship with our vendors
• Communicate any opportunity for continuous improvement
• Operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Manage the retail Bill of Materials, make updates and adjust pricing when needed and create new BOMs for upcoming products (with the help of R&D)
• Update pricing in QB and BoM
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 Years experience in procurement or purchasing
• Knowledge and understanding of Vintage Trucks, Automotive industry is required
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
• Vocational/Technical school program or apprenticeship in automotive technology or related field preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Drug-free environment

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
• Be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
