New Grad RN Nurse Resident
Fauquier Health's Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to practice.
Job Summary:
The Nurse Resident provides and directs clinically appropriate patient care to an individual or group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing, the organization, and the scope and standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA).
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and developing clinical skills through extended orientation, clinical experiences, and classroom time.

Requirements:
- Current Virginia State RN License
- BLS certification (may be obtained during orientation)
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire (required for ED, Med Surg, PCU, ICU, OB)
- NHSS certification within 6 months of hire
- PALS certification within 6 months of hire (required for ED)
- NRP certification within 6 months of hire (required for FBC)

Salary : $57,000 - $76,000
