New Grad RN Nurse Resident
The Fauquier Health Nurse Resident program provides and directs clinically appropriate patient care to an individual or group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing, the organization, and the scope and standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA).

Qualifications:
Licenses:
• Current Virginia State RN License
Required Skills:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first week of orientation
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire for ED, Med Surg, PCU, ICU, OB
• NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire for ED
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required within 6 months of hire for FBC
Minimum Education:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Salary : $85,400 - $118,000
