About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the unique needs and concerns of each patient
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in women s health care

Requirements

• Current Virginia State RN License
• Basic Life Support BLS certification
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification (within 6 months)
• Minimum 2 years experience in Women s Services

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
