Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse in our Women's Health Care unit, you will provide and direct clinically appropriate patient care to an individual or group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Current Virginia State RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Women's Services
