The work location is 1120 Pass Rd, Gulfport. As a Full Time Storage Property Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our storage facilities, ensuring high levels of customer service, satisfaction and effective property management.

- Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Reporting to Regional Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized storage facility (inside & outside)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular inspections of storage units to ensure they are secure and in good condition
- Process rental agreements and handle lease renewals
- Assist customers with moving in and out of storage units
- Upselling Service
- -Pest Control
- -Lift up to 30 lbs.

Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of file management, record keeping and data entry
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to storage facilities
- Experience in facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with vendors
- Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette
- Proficiency in upselling additional services to customers
- Experience using property management software for data entry and reporting in a timely manner meeting specific deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in property management -Must be able to pass a background check -Have reliable transportation -Have a valid driver license -No Prior Felony
- Preferred Knowledge of Sitelink and Basecamp software - Knowledge of Self Storage or Property Management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on conflict management
- Experience in leasing and managing storage properties
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain customer relationships - Strong Leadership skills -Computer Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
