Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
