Felician University is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, goal-oriented admissions professional to serve as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. The Director is responsible for all aspects of traditional undergraduate recruitment, including enrollment projections and growth, strategy development and the entire admissions application cycle. S/he coordinates all aspects of recruitment, including but not limited to : guidance counselor cultivation, staff travel, search initiatives and staff development. The Director ensures that admissions decisions are mad in accordance with strategic objectives and maintains professional communications with members of the faculty and senior management. S/he is responsible for strategic and innovative leadership and supervision of the division’s employees and procedures, development and implementation of policies and review of staff performance.

Required Education:

Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience in a college/university admissions office in positions of progressive experience of a leadership/supervisory nature; demonstrated experience with enrollment-related technology; proven track record of success in recruitment and enrollment; superior written and verbal communications skills; excellent public speaking skills; well-developed organizational and time management skills; strong inter[personal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people; availability and willingness to travel; ability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in interacting with students, staff, faculty, and other internal and external stakeholders; working knowledge of Ellucian-Colleague and SLATE CRM; ability to select, train, motivate, direct and supervise a diverse team; willingness and ability to articulate the benefits of a broad-based liberal arts/Catholic education, as well as to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
