We are looking for a self-driven, motivated, and focused team player who wants to help others achieve their career goals.
This position involves engaging with potential students, providing information about classes, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic futures.
The ideal candidate must be extremely outgoing, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, admissions, or educational administration.
Duties:
- You will be assisting students in person and over the phone.
- You will be making calls to potential students and answering questions about the curriculum, schedule, tuition, student services.
- You will be interviewing students in person or virtually and giving tours of the school
- Assist students with the enrollment process by helping them complete admission forms and explaining financial aid / school payment plans.
- Provide advice and support to students who have schedule conflicts or need assistance with payment methods.
- Motivating your students as needed, checking on them weekly to make sure they are making progress towards graduation.
- Data Entry / Keeping Excel Reports Organized.
- Extensive follow up with students to be done over the phone, texting, and emailed.
- Organize Open Houses and take part in Career Fairs at local high schools.
Qualifications Needed
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Goal oriented and the ability to focus.
- You must be comfortable being on the phone for long periods of time.
- You must be a people person with an outgoing personality who enjoys being around others and helping.
- Must have previous work experience in either school admissions, recruiting, or sales.
- Some college - Psychology, Sociology, Business, Marketing, Communication majors are encouraged to apply.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm, and you will alternate work days on Friday or Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
- You must be Bi-lingual = Speak English and Spanish fluently!
