Requirements
The Janitor will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care for environmental services. This position will support the Warehouse as a representative to assist in the overall well-being of the location. The Janitor will perform their job in a way that supports the Company’s commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that will support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Minor maintenance repairs to building & property
- Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect location
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
- Trim shrubbery, plant flowers, and apply pesticides.
- Move heavy equipment and furniture.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
- Fix minor plumbing leaks.
- Landscaping activities surrounding building
- Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
- Perform related job duties as needed/assigned

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for providing excellent service and quality.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years prior experience in a like or similar role.
- Demonstrates initiative and follow-through
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and determine task priorities
- Analytical and problem solving skills
Salary : $14 - $17
