We are a small intellectual property law firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a collaborative and supportive team culture. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Specialist to support our attorneys and management with critical data and administrative tasks.
This role offers hands-on training, exposure to legal operations, and opportunities for growth within the firm.
What the Role Looks Like
- In-office training for up to 90 days
- Part-time schedule averaging 15–30 hours per week
- Greater scheduling flexibility and potential for remote work after training, based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry, editing, and document/template preparation
- File management and organization
- Working within a CMS to maintain accurate records
- Generating reports and updating attorneys and management
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort learning new systems and technology
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus, but not required
