What You’ll Do
- Work directly with children, adults, and families in diverse therapeutic settings
- Assist in delivering mental health services under the guidance of experienced supervisors
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision
- Practice professional documentation and gain insight into clinical workflow
- Collaborate with a team of mental health experts and community providers
- Learn how to navigate the balance between clinical care, ethics, and client advocacy
- Current Master’s-level students in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Compassionate, motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute
- Strong communication and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Comfort with professional boundaries and ethical decision-making
- Basic tech/computer proficiency for documentation
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel to client locations required)
- An openness to working with diverse populations and learning from real-world experience
