About the Role:

As a Quality Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You will support daily operations by conducting inspections, monitoring critical control points, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Monitor and verify food safety programs including GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
• Conduct environmental swabbing and microbiological sampling.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, results, and corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and assist in preparing for third-party inspections.
• Monitoring and analyzing product quality data and trends.
• Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong foundation in quality systems and a passion for product excellence. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or quality assurance environment
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and other relevant quality standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends as needed

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
