About the Role:
The USA Raw Material Procurement Buyer will manage certain raw material categories; including guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery. This individual will ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero central procurement strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this position is $94,896 - $126,528 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure supply continuity of local raw material categories with pricing, quality and delivery
- Implement central raw material strategy in local USA
- Manage budget for raw material categories
- Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization
- Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management
- Bachelor’s degree as minimum request
- 3-5 years procurement experience; expeience in raw material category (preferably cocoa)
- Experience working in matrix organization
- Knowledge of the Global Raw Material market
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Ability to problem solve and set priorities
- Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP
