- Bachelors degree in business, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or at least 5 years or more experience in the business management of a small company, preferred; Demonstrated success in leading an office, division or company’s financial management and administrative activities with a high level of proficiency;
- Focus, positive attitude and desire to be a key part of the management of a fast-growing, confectionery company with an 18 year history of success in San Francisco; You should have a positive attitude, always looking for the good in people and processes, and chipping in when required without being asked.
- At least intermediate level of proficiency with Quickbooks and/or inventory management ERP systems (cloud-based or desktop);
- Extreme attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and an above-average ability to multitask without getting flustered;
- Clear and frequent communicator, ability to work with people of various personalities;
- Must be fluent in English and able to work in the U.S. legally with proper and legitimate Form I-9 documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
