Job Description:
The Role
The Testing & Reporting Compliance Associate is responsible for completion of NDT, Form 5500 and Plan Year End Summary work. The position also provides incoming phone support via the Helpline as required and may provide assistance with more advanced and special tier Testing & Reporting work.
- Preparation of complex NDT, Form 5500 files and/or year-end report processing
- Provide support to other staff members for more advanced and special tier Testing & Reporting work
- Respond to basic technical and data related questions from clients and business partners
- Research and reconcile processing errors/issues related to production work

Provide incoming phone support via Helpline as required
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- College degree preferred
- 3 years of experience working with Defined Contribution plans
- 1 year of non-discrimination testing, PYES and/or Form 5500 experience preferred
- Basic math and/or accounting skills
- Strong computer/database/recordkeeping skills
- Proven problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients and peers

The Testing & Reporting Compliance Associate works as part of a team to deliver timely and accurate testing and reporting to our clients to help them meet the regulatory requirements of having a qualified retirement plan.
