Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service.
- Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services.
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed.
- Process payments, renewals, and policy changes.
- Our agents are expected to market and promote our agency.
- Clerical duties : data entry, inbound / outbound calls, sending / receiving emails and faxes, etc.
Requirements :
- The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks.
- Team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
- Preferred : Bilingual
- Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute.
- Availability : Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
