Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist or operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability to work assigned shift and flexible hours as needed.

- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Nakamura)
- CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Matsuura, Dmg Mori Seiki)
Salary : $30 - $40
