Trust Officer

You'll administer trust accounts, nurture client and community relationships, and collaborate directly with senior executives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience 5-10 years in trust administration or fiduciary services (required).
• Expertise in estate planning, trust operations, and compliance.
• On-site role with flexibility for personal and family needs.
• JD, CTFA, or CFP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Manage trust portfolios, estates, and fiduciary relationships with exceptional client service.
• Develop referral networks with local attorneys, CPAs, and influencers.
• Mentor junior staff as you progress into a leadership role.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary regulations and internal policies.
• Participate actively in client meetings, estate planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
