A regional law firm is seeking a paralegal to assist their busy personal injury practice. The right candidate will have experience with personal injury litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys throughout the entirety of litigation procedures
- Arrange and manage case files, documents, and exhibits systematically
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials efficiently
- Aid in trial preparation and readiness
- Maintain case calendars and ensure deadlines are managed effectively
Qualifications:
- 5 years of litigation experience within personal injury
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter, analytical, and personable
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000-65,000
