Summary
Provides analysis, accompanied with customer service and support to stores and other internal support teams. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line’s core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following main duties:
Physical Inventory Reconciliations
Provides inventory analysis and support to stores and District Managers through effective research and communication.
Effectively resolves store inventory issues by utilizing microsoft office, google, and other internal applications
Compliance Reporting
Actively assists Customer Service and stores with any direct to consumer inventory issues
Communicates daily Inventory Management reports to all departments inside JD/Finish Line
Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 – 4 years of retail experience and 1-2 years experience with inventory control related systems and processes. JD Finish Line experience preferred.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Google suite software, and competence in learning how to maximize the use of new software.

Average work week is 40-45 hours, which can vary depending on business needs.
The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy office setting.
