ABOUT THE COMPANY
Finnmark Property Services provides a wide range of maintenance and remodel construction services to multi-family and HOA industries throughout Oregon and Washington. Some of our maintenance services include dryer vent cleaning and repair, gutter cleaning, repair and installation, window cleaning, and MORE!
Our newly designed Capital Improvements Division is on the rise, and we are looking for qualified carpenters, and all-around construction experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION –
Carpenters perform a variety of manual labor tasks in the construction industry while collaborating with others to deliver safe, quality, and appealing projects to our customers.
- Building, installations, repairing fixtures and other items, siding demolition and installation, rain barrier installation (WRB), dry rot repair, deck and fence installation and repairs, window installation, framing and caulking
- Hand and power tools used
- May assist and/or work alongside other industry trade workers and/or subcontractors
