We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive with a background in advertising or media sales to help us scale our growing brand in untapped markets.

We’re a B2B company selling to independent and group dental offices, and we move fast—sales cycles are short, and the impact is immediate. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new clients in your specific territory (Birmingham, AL).
You’ll be the tip of the spear: creating excitement, building relationships, and helping dental practices realize new value through Fireside’s offerings.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, and close local businesses to advertise within a fast-moving, transactional sales process.
- Break Into New Markets: Target local businesses in areas where Fireside is not yet known. Your creativity and hustle will drive access.
- Sell Across Offerings: Help customers understand the benefits of advertising in dental offices and how it plays into the GPO perks that dentists also benefit from.
- Engage in Person: Build strong rapport and credibility through face-to-face meetings and personalized follow-ups.
- Local Expert: Spend meaningful time in your specific market and build a recurring book of business.
✅ What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in advertising, media, or sponsorship sales with closing responsibilities.
- Strong track record in prospecting and outbound outreach.
- Experience with short sales cycles and a transactional-style sales environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially 1:1 with decision-makers.
- Comfort with traveling regularly in the local market (no overnight)
- Persistent and creative when it comes to getting on the calendar of hard-to-reach professionals.
