Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
Lead analytic efforts, deliver strategic insight, and act as a technical expert for business systems within the Bank. Perform at the highest level of service complexity in support of system operations, performance, and usage. Develop advanced solutions and specifications to resolve process issues, which may involve elements of testing and development. Serve as a resource to wider business units or associates, and may provide a leadership role for less experienced analysts. Source, compile, and interpret data. Perform data analysis at the most advanced level, effectively communicating and directing analysis output. Handle special projects or direct the analytics efforts of the work group. Determine system requirements and communicate them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Determine and resolve complex factors that affect system processes. Ensure compliance through monitoring and analysis. Enable strategic insight into business systems through reports to senior management. Evaluate systems based on data analysis, user input, and extensive testing. Convey patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and develop process enhancements based on results. Provide expert technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Handle escalated and complex support issues. Develop and implement modifications and enhancements. Serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering expertise on systems and data output. Requires up to 10% domestic travel. Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, or related occupation.
Position requires knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. Requires knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile. Requires strong understanding of compliance systems and applications in the area of Material Non-Public Information including Insider Trading, Gifts and Entertainment, Outside Business Activities, Conduct Risk, Compliance Books, and Records Archiving. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree. Requires up to 10% domestic travel. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The base pay for this position is generally between $131,893 and $192,287 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
