Job Summary

First Credit Services is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to work out of our New Jersey corporate office.. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clients as well as bringing on new clients who can benefit from our service offerings. We are looking for sales oriented professionals who value productivity and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Call existing and prospective customers, explain details of the different services offered and closing the sale
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies
  • Participate in and improve upon company branding
  • Ability to recognize triggers based on client behavior and engage clients that are requesting to terminate or downgrade services
  • Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company, experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Build and strengthen client relationships

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Account Management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence
  • Creative thinker and should possess the ability to resolve critical problems
  • Good organizational skills, time management skills and goal oriented
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
