Job Summary:
In this role of Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be working directly with the Sales Team to contact prospective customers.
Tasks of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Call prospects who have come through the system as interested in our products and services
- Work with prospects to qualify them, listening to their needs and offering solutions
- Selling spots to our events and trainings
- Setting appointments for our strategy sessions
- Follow-up with scheduled appointments to ensure low cancellation rate
Requirements for the Inside Sales Representative:
- Phone Sales Experience required
- Home Service Industry Experience preferred
- Proficient at Excel
- Pipe Drive experience preferred
- Resilient and tenacious attitude
- Strong desire to help people
- Detail-oriented and reliable
