Facility: First PREMIER Bank
Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays 9am-12pm
Job Schedule: Full-Time
We are looking to add a Universal Banker to our PREMIER team! We are looking for an energetic and organized individual who enjoys working as part of a team. This position will assist with a variety of customer transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete basic teller functions
- Process customer transactions including deposit and withdrawals, cashed checks, and receipt of payments (loans, credit card, credit lines)
- Opening new accounts; DDA, Savings, and CD's
- Provide PREMIER customer service
- Perform debit card maintenance to include issuing new and replacement cards
- Assist with safe deposit boxes as needed
- Organize loan documents, process disbursements, fund loans in decision pro ensure all regulatory concerns are addressed, prepare and send completed loan file to Loan Servicing.
- Handle customer inquiries for information and assist with resolving fraud, disputes etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.
- Must demonstrate proficient teller and/or cash handling experience.
- Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.
