The Loan Administrator provides administrative support to loan officers. This role is responsible for performing general record keeping and clerical functions. This position is responsible for handling loan documentation related to Commercial and Consumer loans.
Position is located in Henderson, NV. It is not a remote position.

About The Role
The Loan Administrator provides administrative support to loan officers. This role is responsible for performing general record keeping and clerical functions. This position is responsible for handling loan documentation related to Commercial and Consumer loans.
Position is located in Henderson, NV. It is not a remote position.
What You Will Do
- Scanning high quality loan documents for upload into AccuSystems (Paperless file system).
- Email and phone contact with insurance agents/companies for insurance renewals. Ensure Loan Officer is aware of any insurance issues via email or direct contact. As necessary, if Borrower’s need to be contacted, verify with Loan Officer prior to contacting.
- Verifies insurance requirements are correct and up-to-date.
- Maintains the file monitoring system (Tickler Reports) on a daily basis.
- Reviews and maintains loan documentation, including promissory notes, security agreements, and collateral documents.
- Ensures that all documents are properly executed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Monitors and tracks loan files to ensure they are up to date with relevant information, commercial loan covenants, and compliance requirements.
- Ensures that new loans are correct and accurate in the main system and coding is accurate per the Standard Loan Codes Policy.
- Assists in the preparation of loan disbursements and payments, maintaining accurate records throughout the loan cycle.
- Answering incoming phone calls and maintaining open and clear communication with customers, providing assistance, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to proper departments.
- Clear and concise communication with lending officers, credit analysts, loan admins and other departments for loan related duties.
- Processing of paid off loans to include Deed Reconveyance and UCC Terminations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree or greater in related field preferred.
- 2 years related experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Fiserv Premier Banking System, or other banking systems a plus.
