What are the responsibilities and job description for the SVP - Business & Agriculture Banking position at First State Bank?
The SVP - Business/Agriculture Banking will be based out of our New London office, and will also be active in the Fox Valley area. Travel to other bank locations is also occasionally required. This position may also have hybrid WFH capabilities.
The SVP Business/ Agriculture Banking is responsible for direct sales and the coordination of all Business and Ag Banking functions including sales, personnel development, and managerial administration, to ensure profitability and efficiency, which results in achieving bank wide goals and the strategic growth of the organization.
